I cant get the blue motorola screen off of my cell, how do i fix it?

I had my cell phone sitting on my couch when i noticed the front screen light up. So i opened up my phone to see the black and red verizon screen flashing. So i turned my phone off then back on and it went straight to a blue motorola screen, and at the bottom it says “bootloader usb init”. When i hit thte power button it goes to the verizon screen then back to the blue mototrola screen. How do i fix this?

Try taking the battery out of the phone for a few minutes then try to turn it on again. It sounds like there is a problem with the board. You will probably have to take it to a repair center. If you have had the phone for less than a year it should be covered under the warranty, if you have had it for over a year then you may need to do an insurance claim on the phone if you bought insurance.
