How do i get a Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno on diamond without using fire red or leaf green?

I havent got fire red or leaf green on game boy and i cant find it anywhere, so i wanna know how i can get them without using the games!! btw (by the way) they are my favourite pokemon!!!

Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres can be found roaming Sinoh after you have beaten the elite 4 and have the national dex. They will try to flee from battle though, so you’ll need to have a pokemon that has the ability shadow tag or arena trap (or able to put them to sleep) if you want to catch them easily.
