Is there a genetic reason for blue silver pitbulls to die at birth?

My blue pit bull gave birth to 10 puppies, three of them were silver. I have never had a pit give birth to pups this color. One was born dead the other two died two days after birth. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

There’s no such breed as “pit bull…or piTT bull or pitbull.
