Verizon Wireless Insuarance?
2 weeks ago we went to get insurance for my new choclate cell phone and now it broke because i dropped it really hard.
so i need to go get it replaced.
will they replace it or what will they do?
would we need to pay?
can someone explain please!
its at BEST BUY not the verizon store by the way.

It only works when i completley charge it but then when i take it off of charging the sreen doesnt work again.
Even though you bought the phone through Best Buy, the insurance is through Verizon. Justcall up Verizon and tell them your phone broke. They will look up your info and send you a replacement. The deductable for insurance is $50, so you will have to pay that in order to get your new phone. The will send you another choclate cell phone, it will take about 2-4 days, because they ship it to your house.
